Payroll Services Alliance attends SD Worx European Conference 2018

On Tuesday 6th February, at Hilton Park Lane in London, we were delighted to join our partner SD Worx at its European Conference 2018.

The theme for the day was close to our heart: ‘The Future of Collaboration’. This unique event played host to the industry's most influential experts, practitioners and businesses, attracting leading HR and payroll professionals from all over the world.

With amazing guests, including BBC host Naga Munchetty and keynote speaker Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson, attendees learnt how to help their organisations adapt to contemporary trends including GDPR compliance, engaging a multi-generational workforce, automation and AI collaboration, and challenges of UK and global payroll legislation.

Sessions included:

  • Internationally Compliant in a Digital World
  • Back to the Future: UK Payroll Legislation Update
  • Practical Collaboration: Achieving Success
  • Taking Control of your Global Payroll
  • Leadership through Product Innovation: UK Product Update
  • The Future of Multigeneration Collaboration

Overall, the event emphasised the importance of HR and payroll functions driving innovation in our constantly evolving workplace. It was an invaluable day of education, thought-provoking sessions and plenty of networking opportunities.

We’d also like to congratulate our partner, Ascender, for its well-deserved win at the Excellence Awards.

Thanks to everyone who popped by to say hello at our stand - we hope you found the conference as enlightening as we did!
