Our customer required an enterprise software to manage its business, including a HR module to manage business-wide staffing and reporting. The Group’s previous enterprise software required a large amount of manual checking and upkeep. Furthermore, there was no interface between HR and payroll systems, leading to further errors.
As a result, their HR, Payroll and Enterprise systems were not in sync, leading to inaccurate business-wide reporting.
