Getty Images, the world’s leading creator and distributor of visual content, has opted for a multinational payroll solution from Ceridian, one of the largest providers of human resource services in the world. Initially covering employees in Italy and Japan, the service has been expanded to include a further seven worldwide locations bringing the number of employees served to 214.
Marilyn Hull, payroll manager at Getty Images commented: “We were looking for a provider who could meet our requirements in a number of worldwide locations. Having previously relied on individual providers in each country, we were keen to centralise the payroll function without losing any of the local legal or cultural expertise. We were confident in the ability of Ceridian to do this and have not been disappointed. Over the past year we have expanded the service to include seven additional countries and have been delighted with the service we’ve received.”
Len Elkington, vice president of Ceridian’s multinational services, said: “It is a pleasure to work with a client such as Getty Images. Having expanded the relationship over the past year to include nine countries in total, we have proven that we have the flexibility to meet the ever changing needs of its business. We look forward to further strengthening our working relationship over the coming years.”
The most recent addition to the service, Singapore, went live in September.
