New Balance selects Ceridian for performance step change

Ceridian has signed a deal with international performance footwear manufacturer New Balance to provide managed payroll services to its 340 employees across the UK.

Ceridian has signed a deal with New Balance, the international performance footwear manufacturer, to provide managed payroll services to its 340 employees across the company's UK operation. After an initial implementation period, the contract is expected to go live during February.

Previously relying on an in-house system, Paul Kennedy, HR director for New Balance commented: "We selected Ceridian as it adopts a partnership approach which goes beyond the traditional supplier relationship.
