Ceridian UK's Director of Payments, Benefits and Compliance Strategies, Simon Parsons, has won the Strathearn Award for Lifetime Achievement at the 2012 Pay & Benefits Awards. He is the second Ceridian employee to have won the award, following Ian Walters, now UK Operations Director, who won in 2009.
This is a tremendous accolade for Simon who has been a hard-working contributor to the success of Ceridian since 1984. He thoroughly deserves this prestigious industry sector award as determined by his peers.

The HMRC groups on which Simon Parsons serves include the Employment Consultation Forum, the Expenses & Benefits Consultation Group, the Collaborative Assembly of Software Developers, the HMRC/DWP/BIS Statutory Payments Group and the Real Time Information Customer User Group. He is also actively involved in the implementation of initiatives in relation to pension reform.
A fellow of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals and one of the original Masters of Science in Payroll Management, Simon is a regular author and speaker on payroll matters.
Simon Parsons has won a number of awards in the past including IPP Person of the Year in 2006 and the Payroll Alliance Award for Advancing the Payroll Profession in 2010.
