An expert panel session chaired by Si�n Harrington, publishing director of HR Magazine, at the 2014 Ceridian Customer Conference provided over 600 delegates with insightful views on a 'Fast Changing World, Fast Changing Technology'. The event was organised by Ceridian, one of the UK's leading HCM technology and service providers.

HR must not run before it can walk. Getting an accurate headcount is still a challenge for some companies. The challenge moving forward is to make sense of the data, not the technology itself.
You have to have the brain that understands analytics and understands what this means.
