SD Worx Advance Pay gives employers the ability to offer their employees instant access to earnings, with no set-up costs, no changes to the usual payroll cycle, easy integration and measurable results.
The service is available to both salaried and hourly paid employees. Via an easy to use app, employees can; track their earnings, select how much they want to withdraw and have it sent to their current account, instantly.
There is no interest paid on the amount, just a small flat fee per transaction, to be paid either by the employee or employer, with any transfers being deducted from the employee's usual pay cycle.
