A roster is automatically built for the manager, utilising employee working patterns with holidays and absences automatically applied. This gives managers a starting point from which they can then adjust to suit their exact requirements.

Adding more employees to the roster or adjusting start and end times to employees already on the roster can be easily carried out by a manager. By highlighting a time period on the roster, a list of employees who are available is displayed. Clicking on the required employee will complete the roster.
