The Real Living Wage
The rising cost of living has caused concern for everyone and some employers have decided to tackle poverty within their workforce.
The Living Wage Foundation launched many years ago a voluntary pay code known as the Real Living Wage and the London Living Wage programmes. This is a voluntary programme that over 14,000 employers have signed up to where the employer has committed to pay above the government's lower National Living Wage and National Minimum Wage.
Find out what the Real Living Wage is, what is required of an employer and how SD Worx can support a Living Wage employer.
