SD Worx acknowledged as leader in Cloud HR Transformation
13 August 2020
SD Worx labelled 'leader' in Cloud HR Transformation category for second year running. This was the result of leading analyst firm NelsonHall's annual market analysis. SD Worx's Cloud HR Transformation services are praised for, among other things, the many years of experience offering both HR implementations and HR services.
Ongoing digitalization and the further expansion of cloud services have become integral to our daily ways of working. This also holds true in the HR industry. "SD Worx participates fully in online developments, making extensive use of cloud services for the optimal support of both internal and external partners. The fact that NelsonHall continues to recognize SD Worx's progress is the cherry on top," says Kobe Verdonck, CEO of SD Worx.
NelsonHall has once again ranked SD Worx as a 'leader' according to their NEAT model (NelsonHall Vendor Evaluation and Assessment). This system assigns positions to all HR players based on their 'ability to deliver immediate benefits' and 'ability to meet future client demands'. This is the second time that SD Worx has been granted this label.
The rising acceptance of the cloud comes as no surprise. Earlier this year, SD Worx drew attention when it acquired Adessa Group. Adessa Group sells, installs and maintains SAP cloud HR and talent management software, including SuccessFactors and Qualtrics, and integrates this with HR and Payroll systems. This allows customers to enhance their employee experience, make better decisions based on data insights and achieve measurable business benefits. SD Worx is considered one of Europe's largest providers and has had a long history in the provision of HR services since 1990.
