SD Worx and MobileXpense expand partnership internationally

The European HR & payroll services provider SD Worx and MobileXpense announce the expansion of their partnership across Europe to further help businesses in their day-to-day payroll and expense management. As part of their collaboration, both companies will co-develop new digital expense management solutions. MobileXpense and SD Worx partner on a global scale, and will initially focus on Germany and the UK as key markets.
Together, MobileXpense and SD Worx offer clients one of the most complete expense management solutions on the market today. MobileXpense’s software solution saves employees time in processing expenses and removes unnecessary stress thanks to automated processes. For accounting departments, MobileXpense’s tool eliminates the risk of errors and offers full compliance with local regulation across more than 70 countries.
SD Worx and MobileXpense have been working together in the United Kingdom for nearly 20 years, and today their combined offering is used by British companies including the hotel and restaurant chain Whitbread and the building materials supplier Travis Perkins.
The two companies will focus on mid market businesses and will work together in all countries in which SD Worx is present: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland and the UK. In addition to its usual services, SD Worx will include the MobileXpense solution in its portfolio to perfect the wide range of people solutions it offers today. Together, SD Worx and MobileXpense will also work on a new, premium tool aimed at integrating payroll with expense management support. Key markets such as Germany and the UK should benefit from this new tool by the first half of 2021.
The new tool will feature MobileXpense’s extended expense management functions: a new (mobile) app infused with AI to further improve user experience from employees and their managers, automatic currency conversion, Google Maps integration, as well as credit card and ERP integration.
