If you are a current or former employee of an SD Worx customer, please contact your employer’s HR or Payroll department for assistance with logging in, or with questions about your payslips, P60s and P45s.

For your security and confidentiality reasons, we are unable to access or reset employee data such as login details, passwords and employee numbers.

  • HRevolution FAQs

    • How do I register to use HRevolution?

      Registration will only take you a few minutes. From the front screen of the HRevolution portal, there is an “I wish to register” link below the login details, which you can click and will take you to the self-registration pages. The user will validate themselves against data held about them in the payroll, answering questions such as their bank account number, sort code, post code etc. These questions are chosen by your company’s system administrator. Once the questions are answered correctly the user has to choose a username and password. Upon logging in for the first time the user will be asked a number of personal security questions and answers for the purposes of retrieving a forgotten password.

    • I’ve forgotten my password

      The system will let you re-set your Password from a link on the front screen of the portal. Click the “I’ve forgotten my password” link which can be found below the login details. For security reasons, you will be asked to answer the special Security Questions you set up when you registered, and then you can choose a new Password and access your information.

      If this doesn’t work for you, you’ll need to contact your employer’s central administrator; this is usually someone in the HR/Payroll department. Your employer’s intranet may provide links, help documents and contact information. If not, try asking your line manager who should be able to help.

    • I’ve forgotten my username

      If you have forgotten your username you’ll need to contact your employer’s central administrator; this is usually someone in the HR/Payroll department. They will be able to remind you what your username is. Your employer’s intranet may provide links, help documents and contact information. If not, try asking your line manager who should be able to help.

    • I need to show proof of income

      HRevolution allows you to print your own copy of any individual payslip stored on the system. Most banks and other companies will happily accept printouts of your online payslip if they need to see proof of earnings. It’s highly unlikely you’ll have any problems, but if you do, you can request a “Proof of Income” as an alternative, providing that your employer has enabled this feature.
