
Networx Customer Event Round-Up: Innovation, Insight & Connection at Our London Office
On 29th April, we were delighted to welcome customers to our London office for another fantastic Networx customer event – an evening packed with product innovation, expert insight, great food and most importantly, plenty of opportunities to connect.
Launching Our New Data & Insight Platform
A major highlight of the event was the launch of our new Data & Insight platform. Matt Corner took attendees through the latest product offering, showcasing how the platform is set to empower businesses with smarter, more actionable insights.
To bring the platform to life from a real customer perspective, we were also joined by Andrew McCaulay, Head of Payroll at Illumina and one of our early adopters. Andrew shared his first-hand experience of using the platform, offering valuable insights into the impact it’s already having and the opportunities it creates for organisations looking to make more data-driven decisions.

Expert Guidance for the New Tax Year
We were thrilled to welcome payroll industry expert Simon Parsons, who hosted an informative and engaging session on the new tax year. Simon’s expertise and practical guidance gave attendees valuable takeaways to help navigate upcoming changes with confidence.
As always, the session was followed by a lively Q&A, where customers had the chance to ask questions, share challenges and benefit from Simon’s deep industry knowledge - consistently one of the standout moments of our events.
No great event is complete without great food and Humdingers Catering certainly delivered. Guests enjoyed an outstanding selection of bowl food, desserts and beverages throughout the evening, creating the perfect backdrop for conversation, networking and a relaxed atmosphere.
To round off the day, Athar Rana brought the energy with a fun and fiercely competitive pub quiz. With prizes up for grabs, customers and team members put their knowledge to the test in a brilliant end to the event - full of laughs, team spirit and a little healthy rivalry.
Beyond the sessions and activities, one of the biggest successes of the day was the networking. It was fantastic to see so many positive conversations taking place between customers, peers and the Networx team, strengthening relationships and creating new connections across the room.
